What is Global Hack Week September 2023?
Global Hack Week is a week-long hacker festival. You can expect to complete challenges, hear about BIG community announcements, chat at hacker hangouts, enjoy fun live sessions, build technical projects, and make new memories.
You are in for an adventure featuring workshops, fun mini-events, challenges, panels, and more. These will help you to earn experience points no matter what level of hacking you are at, whether it’s writing your first lines of code or creating a multi-faceted project.
We'll have challenges, live technical sessions with MLHers, mini-events galore, and some cool content from our partners! Here’s a sneak peek:

What is a Guild? How can I be a part of it?
One of the best parts of our community is that it allows people to meet and make connections with others, regardless of where you live. guilds are smaller communities within Major League Hacking. Whether you come in with a guild or not, you won’t be hacking alone.
Who organized Global Hack Week?
Global Hack Week is organized by Major League Hacking (MLH). It is our mission to empower hackers worldwide by providing them with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed.
Requirements
Your challenge submission must be completed within the submission period.
When relevent, your code must be available in some sort of public repository.
If you're continuing work on an old project, you MUST specify in your Devpost what was worked on 1) before this day of Global Hack Week September 2023 and 2) during this day of Global Hack Week September 2023.

Replit Ninja Challenge
We want to see how versatile you can be! Use Replit to complete any of today's challenges and be sure to publish to the Replit Community with the tag #MLH!
Collaborative Code with Replit
Host a collaborative pair programming session with a friend. Try taking turns "driving" and "navigating". Be sure to use Replit's chat and threads functions to create the ultimate synergy! Once you're done, publish your project to the Replit Community with the #MLH tag.
Build a game
Calling all gamers! Build your own game of any kind and share it on Devpost.
Learn about Cybersecurity
Creating secure applications is essential. Take some time today to learn more about cybersecurity and try out implementing an element of cybersecurity in your hack.
Create a Scheduler
Build a project to help manage schedules! Some ideas include developing this hack for your personal calendar, a professor's office hours, or a work schedule!
Write a Script to Play a Tune
You might listen to music while hacking, but have you built anything for your music? Try writing a script that can play a simple tune like hot cross buns or happy birthday. We’ll sing your praises if you submit your hack on Devpost!

Be Featured On Stack Overflow!
Using the Stack Overflow API, build an app for other students. Use any data, including our public data set. All apps will be promoted on the Stack Overflow Blog! Winners will be chosen based on theme, creativity, and helpfulness. Submit to Devpost
